Mizz O was founded by Kristi Cunningham, a midwife and women’s health professional with over 25 years experience in both local and international practice. Licensed by the Medical Board of California and a nationally Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), Kristi brings a wealth of expertise to every aspect of her work. She is also the founder of a successful birth center, where she blended compassionate, woman-centered care with clinical excellence to support families through pregnancy and birth.
In addition to her private practice, Kristi serves as an Accreditation Specialist for the Commission for the Accreditation of Birth Centers (CABC), helping birth centers nationwide achieve and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. A passionate educator and mentor, she has taught and precepted students through the National Midwifery Institute, the Utah College of Midwives, and the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM).
Kristi’s dedication to midwifery has taken her around the world—training students in West Africa with the African Birth Collective and living in Jamaica for over 20 years, experiences that continue to inform her holistic and culturally attuned approach to women's health. Combining clinical precision with a deep belief in holistic healing, Kristi empowers women to restore balance, revive vitality, and reclaim confidence at every stage of life.

What is the cost?
​​The first treatment is $1800. Most goals can be met with one treatment which will last approximately one year. Subsequent treatments are $1500. Depending on your goals and needs it may take a sequence of three treatments, 30 days apart. A package of 3 treatments is $4000.
Host an O-shot party
An O-Shot party is a small-group event where guests can:
• Learn about women’s pelvic and sexual health.
• Hear how the O-Shot® works and what it helps with (incontinence, dryness, low libido, post-birth healing, etc.).
• Choose to receive the treatment in a supportive, private environment.
• Enjoy a social, spa-like atmosphere. Think self-care meets science!
Concierge O-shot service
Experience the O-Shot® in the comfort of your own home—safely administered by a licensed professional using sterile techniques and medical-grade PRP equipment for privacy, comfort, and results you can trust. Concierge service is an additional $500 depending on location.
